Preparation and surfacing of a new temporary contractors car-park for Jacobs Engineering (part of the multinational Jacobs Group) at the new Research & Development facility of Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) and including surfacing of a new access road, traffic-calming measures to the existing carriageway and erection of signage.
