Project Description

Surfacing of new estate roads, footways and cyclepaths throughout this prestigious new 127-acre residential development which is being constructed by Crest Nicholson at the former Napsbury Hospital site. CCL also undertook the surfacing and road layout modifications to the main carriageway and roundabout at the entrance to the estate under a Section 278 Agreement.
